Branch relocation into former Carphone Warehouse from council building due premises being subject of a compulsory purchase redevelopment order located within the city centre market square.

The existing property is located approximately 100 metres from the new location.

Works involved the construction of a new Banking Hall & counter area on the ground floor with office space to the rear together with new interview rooms and storage/staffroom areas on the first floor.

The duration of the project works in total for undertaking the refurbishment was four weeks and involved a contract team of professionals from the banks various departments together with ourselves acting as main contractor,  Co-ordinating our own directly employed labour together with subcontract trades and the banks and shopping centres direct contractors.

The scope of works and finishes engaged on the project ranged from demolition works to the installation of new Glazed Partitions, Suspended Ceilings, Electrical, Lighting & Power, Flooring, Decoration, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Signage, Shopfronts, Sprinkler Systems, Security, Data, CCTV, Bespoke manufactured Joinery, Furniture, Automative Doors, ATM Glazing, Fire Alarms and Marketing Installations.

The budget for the works from the initial brief and costing totalled £165,000.00 (exc VAT)

We handed over on programme to the client’s deadline given and this is now one of their main flagship branches.
