Concept Interior Contracts was established in 1982 to design and undertake catering, leisure and shopfitting works.
Since then, we have gradually grown and we now carry out New Build Construction, Refurbishment, Shop-fitting, Interior Design and Maintenance projects, from the smallest maintenance job up to contracts of £1.5 million. We work for clients in the Leisure, Commercial and Retail sectors, Local Authorities and Places of Worship in the North West and throughout the UK.
Our annual turnover is over £4 million and much of this comes from long standing clients, we regularly negotiate contracts and extensive programmes of work and maintenance. There is a strong commitment to creating true partnerships and by going beyond the traditional project relationship we have built long term relationships with our clients and consultants and negotiate and find cost savings wherever possible.
